Bookkeeper calls 911 and stays on the line with the dispatcher as Hill comes in and out of the front office. Bookkeeper also calls WSB TV. Hill tells bookkeeper that he is sorry for what he is doing. She tells him a life story and how if she could recover from certain things, so can he. She then asks him to put the weapons down and empty his pockets and backpack on the floor.
