According to interviews later conducted by police, Dutiel’s friends state that she was not eating, drinking, nor sleeping the week prior to the shooting. One friend says that Dutiel randomly asks her “Should I kill myself?”, however the friend thinks nothing of it because Dutiel is “such a happy person”.
