In a meeting at school with Tarwater and his parents, officers find two handguns (45 caliber and 22 caliber) and a 12 inch knife in Tarwater's backpack. He admits hiding an AK-47 in the school bathroom and carrying additional magazines in his backpack.The student says he was planning on hijacking the announcement intercom system with a list of demands. He says that if his demands were not met, he planned violent repercussions towards the school.
