Once in the front office, he takes a school bookkeeper hostage. Hill asks to speak with an unarmed police officer. He instructs the bookkeeper to call the probation office in DeKalb County and let them know what is going on. He also says that he should have just went to the mental hospital instead of doing this, because he’s not on his medication. He mentions that he is not afraid today and threatens to harm police.
