Howard had been involved with “multiple reports” with the Athens Police Department, according to the warrant, including being “pink-slipped” by Hopewell Health Center and arrested for disorderly conduct and failure to disclose personal information in 2015. Howard was also charged with trespass at Bird Arena by the OUPD in 2014.
