He eventually walks away from the first car and enters the second car. He is armed with a rifle and a large black duffel bag. He tells this driver that he will kill her if she does not do as he says. He orders her to drive until they stop at Pico Boulevard and Cloverfield Avenue. He exits the car and “starts shooting in a circle”, remaining close to the car. He hits other cars and a bus, injuring passengers.
