At 11:50 AM, Zawahri kills his brother and his father at his father’s home. A neighbor hears the gunshots and sees Zawahri holding a rifle and shooting at the house, which is on fire. Zawahri is wearing a black shirt with “POLICE” written on the front, black pants, and a “Blackhawk” load-bearing vest. The neighbor calls 911.
