The middle school boy posts the novel online on a blog he started on a writer’s website called Wattpad, with the tag line: 'This is a continuous story about me murdering people I hate.' The story describes in grisly detail how he murders several students in the school, mentioning some of them by name. “His main weapon of choice is scissors,” says the mother of one of the students killed in the book. “He describes graphically how he inserts the scissors, pulls them down her chest, all you can do is try to hold in the scream, but you can’t”. “He talks about literally ripping body parts off of the kids. It’s very graphic.” Another parent describes content of the book as well: “He stabbed him with scissors multiple times, cut him across the face, cut his tongue out and tried to feed it to another child.” One killing in the book took place “at the 7-Eleven with the Slurpee machine and detailed how the boy would drink his victim’s blood. It’s very graphic, according to parents. There were 11 chapters published online up until January of 2015, featuring stories titled 'Massacre', 'Thrown Under The Bus' and 'Blood, Blood, And More Blood'.
