A woman at a storage facility calls police about LaDue acting suspiciously at the storage facility. LaDue cuts through her backyard on foot, when people usually drive and use the main roads to access the storage facility. She says it takes him a while to open the storage unit and that the inside of the unit is covered in Walmart bags. She says that it "doesn't look right". "Normally, [she] sees people come [there], and it doesn't take them 10 minutes to open a storage shed, so that's why [she] calls it in." When officers arrive, they see what looks like bomb-making materials in a locker: a pressure cooker, packaging for red iron oxide, steel ball bearings and gunpowder.
