Allegedly, for months or weeks (various inconsistencies) Williams tells his friends that he is going to “pull a Columbine” and is planning a mass shooting. When they confront him about this, he says that he is joking. He also alleges that his friends egg him on to commit the shooting, however reports from friends say otherwise. Friends say that they “laugh and tell him to shut up” and think he is joking. In response Williams says “Ok, I’ll show you one day. It’ll happen”. Friends say that they never take him seriously because they do not think he is like that.
